Mr Derek Valentine – Finance Director
Mr. Valentine is an experienced finance director, and draws on his career in property development, property investment and investment banking.
Mr Valentine is also the Finance Director of Global Development & Investment Partners. Formerly, Mr Valentine has held senior finance roles at Chase Manhattan Bank, Ing Barings and Barclays de Zoette Wedd, where he has been responsible for complex derivative businesses, regulatory control and reporting, as well as financial management and control. Business Management of a debt based banking business at ING, with responsibilities spanning multiple European locations, bringing finance and business together, has also complimented his expertise.
Mr. Valentine is an Accounting and Economics graduate from Loughborough University, and is a Associate of the Chartered Accountants Institute of England and Wales. (Price Waterhouse, London)
