The Management of Turtle recognise that the “corporate persona” of the Company can only exist when there is common ownership of an organisational philosophy, which exists as a product of leadership and manifests itself through visual and corporate values, behaviour and sense of identity.

"Partnership" is the key to a non-combative environment and a team which is always working optimally.

"Partnership" is the foundation stone to the common ownership felt by anyone who works with Turtle. The clear communication of an environment where all opnions are respected, and where the raising of issues is actively encouraged, is one which is clearly laid out to any new person joining the Company.
